What are the two memberships you offer and who are they for?
VIEW CLUB DETAILSThe Owner Club Membership is for car wash owners and general managers looking to grow their washes, streamline their business, and make higher profit. The Membership includes a community of talented wash professionals, helpful resources, and accountability to reach your goals.
The Employee Club Membership is for the employees of your washes, to teach them how to sell. Your employees have access to the Complete Sales Training Course along with a community of peers to learn and connect with as they move through the course. They also have accountability through monthly calls with talented instructors in the space.
How are the different clubs designed to work together?
You as the owner can purchase a membership to the Owner Club and pay for your employees to have memberships to the Employee Club.
This process is designed to make your life easier by taking care of training your employees to sell. You can free up your time for growing your washes, knowing your employees are leveling up their sales skills and helping you sell more monthly plans through the Employee Club.
What courses do you offer in each membership?
Employees get access to the Complete Sales Training course included in their membership, designed to teach them how to sell and help them master car wash sales (includes everything from how and where to stand to the pitch, building rapport, and post-pitch, as well as how to finish strong and gain repeat customers).
Owners get access to the Complete Sales Training as well, plus all other courses and everything they need to grow their washes, streamline their business, and make higher profit. The courses include:

Are the courses hands-on or theoretical?
The courses include both the theory and practice to utilize what you learn. The modules take you through, step-by-step, how to successfully operate a car wash while simultaneously training your employees to sell.
Do I need to bring any materials or equipment?
All you need is yourself and your team of employees. We specialize in simple, and everything we do reflects that.
Who is the main instructor?
Car wash consultant and sales and marketing guru, Jason Hayes. Jason pulls his training from many different disciplines and his extensive experience in leadership, sales, and consulting. His focus is on the core drivers in human psychology: the subconscious.
What value does the Employee Club bring to my business?
Just like we teach in the training, the investment is simple. For the price of about 1 monthly plan at your location, Jason will teach each of your employees how to significantly increase both your sales and loyalty, as designed.
